We ship securely with trusted courier services, including FedEx Priority and EMS where available.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: usually 1-5 working days, depending on destination and courier service

  • United States: often 1-2 working days by FedEx Priority after dispatch

  • Canada: often 2-3 working days by FedEx Priority after dispatch

  • Other eligible EU destinations: delivery time depends on the country and courier service

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by  customs processing, holidays, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please provide a valid telephone number when placing an order, as couriers such as FedEx may require it for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We provide accurate customs documentation to the best of our ability. We cannot mark orders with false values or incorrect information.

Resizing and Alterations

Free ring resizing may be available for many items. Please ask before purchase if resizing is possible, especially for special forms, unusual designs, or large size differences.

Customized, resized, altered, or specially adjusted items may not be returnable, except where required by applicable law.

Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, including any certificates, packaging, documents, and accessories.

We may refuse or reduce a refund if the item has been damaged, altered, repaired by another person, resized without our approval, or if gemstones or parts have been removed or replaced.
